Brunswick Corporation Selects NOVA for Dealer Advantage Program

NOVA To Offer Payment Services to Brunswick’s Dealers Nationwide
Atlanta - 16 February 2007 - NOVA Information Systems (NOVA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB), today announced that it has been chosen by Brunswick Corporation as the preferred merchant credit card processing vendor for Brunwick’s new Dealer Advantage initiative. The deal was sold through NOVA’s U.S. Bank Merchant Services sales channel.
As Brunswick’s preferred payments processor, NOVA will provide processing services, customer service and support operations to Dealer Advantage members. The program is open to nearly 5,000 dealers across the United States. The initial program will be provided to dealers representing 23 brands in Brunswick’s boat and marine services divisions. The credit and debit card processing volume from this agreement is expected to exceed $50 million annually.
