Joseph manages U.S. Bancorp's Retail and Corporate payment services which include credit, debit, prepaid and small business card programs, as well as corporate, purchasing and fleet card issuing. She also oversees Elavon, the fourth largest merchant acquirer in the U.S. and fourth largest in Europe specializing in providing credit and debit card payment processing, electronic check conversion and other value added services in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and Europe.

Joseph is a 25 year veteran of the financial services industry. Before joining Elavon in 1994, she served with Visa International as director over new market development. Prior to her tenure with VISA, Joseph served for more than eight years in the banking industry with Wells Fargo Bank.

In addition to her position at U.S. Bancorp, Joseph is a member of the board of directors of Paychex, Inc. a provider of payroll, human resource and benefits outsourcing solutions. She is a member of the board of directors for Centene Corporation, a multi-line health services enterprise that administers state Medicaid programs, and is also chairman of Gift of a Child, an organization that helps foster children find permanent families.

Prior to his current position at Elavon, Mr. Passilla was Executive Vice President of Global Business Development, overseeing sales channels and alliance bank relationships throughout Europe and North America. He has more than 18 years of sales, marketing, and consulting experience in building winning sales organizations and optimizing marketing relations.

Prior to Elavon, Mr. Passilla was chairman of the board for bConnected, a software company focused on improving the quality and efficiency of health care. He also served as President of North America for Inforte Corporation, a strategic management consulting company, where he was part of the executive team that grew revenue from $5 million to $64 million in four years.

Prior to Inforte, Mr. Passilla spent time at CSC Index, Pepsi, IBM, and the Walt Disney Company. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and earned an MBA from The J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

An Elavon employee for almost 8 years prior to his promotion, Mr. Walker was the former Senior Vice President of Financial Settlement at Elavon and designed and established the financial organization's global shared services model. In addition, Mr. Walker played a key role in executing European portfolio conversions.

Prior to his tenure with Elavon, Mr. Walker served Ernst & Young's Core Assurance practices as an auditor. He is an Emory University graduate and holds a business administration degree in Accounting and Marketing.

Mr. Kenyon came to Elavon in 2006 through the acquisition of First Horizon Merchant Services where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He served in various executive level Operation and Technology positions at First Horizon for 10 years. Previously, he held management roles with POS Technologies/Honor, National Data Corporation, and Nabanco.

Mr. Kenyon brings 25 years of Bankcard experience to his role at Elavon.

Mr. Haslam joined Elavon following the acquisition of the Citigroup portfolio by Elavon in 2005. He has over 25 years experience in the banking industry having been at HSBC for 15 years and Citigroup for 10 years. In that time he held a variety of senior positions primarily in consumer and corporate banking roles and was responsible for Credit and Fraud Risk in Citigroup's European acquiring business.

Mr. Haslam is an elected Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Before joining Elavon, Ms. Baker was Director of Marketing for KMPG Healthcare Consulting. She was responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy for the payer, provider, and life sciences segments of the industry. Prior to KPMG, she spent 10 years with IBM in various management positions in systems engineering and sales and marketing. She also served four years with the Tennessee Valley Authority in customer service management.

Ms. Baker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in chemistry and mathematics from the University of Tennessee. She completed The IBM Presidents’ Class at the Harvard School of Business and holds certification in SAP Finance and Control.

Prior to his role in Mexico, Mr. Domingo was Head of Business Development in Europe for Elavon Merchant Services since 2008. He previously headed Sales & Marketing in Ireland and became Regional Director for Sales & Client Management internationally across Elavon's European operations, managing sales offices in Spain, Poland, Norway and Germany.

He has played a critical role in Elavon's product innovation, helping launch its first Electronic Gift Card solution with partner Card Commerce and its Travel Payment Solution (TPS) with partner Euro Refund. He has spoken at multifarious leading electronic payment conferences, including those of the leading payment schemes, MasterCard and Visa.

Mr. Domingo has held a number of diverse, senior positions within the international card payments market, having started his career with major card payment processor First Data, rising to Director of Business Development for Spain and Portugal. Other experience includes extensive employment for Visa International, most notably as its Head of Alliance Development and Head of Partnership Management, liaising between various bank issuer and payment processor partners across Europe.

Mr. Domingo speaks both Spanish and English fluently.

Mr. Harris joined Elavon in May of 2010 and brings 25 years of IT sales management and a vast knowledge of Retail/Wholesale banking, Trade Services, Payments and Treasury and Capital Markets to the Company.

Prior to joining Elavon, Mr. Harris was Vice President of Global Sales for Misys, a leading global supplier of IT solutions to the banking industry. While there, he delivered revenue through 5 regional sales heads - Europe, MEA, Americas, Asia and Strategic Accounts, and he transformed the sales team structure to increase productivity throughout the organization.

After graduating from Kingston College with an OND in Business Studies, Mr. Harris excelled as a sales executive and manager and consistently exceeded target goals and was the recipient of top performance awards, proving himself an early leader in his career. Through his career thus far, he has implemented lucrative sales strategies in Global Sales Organizations and is widely respected as a results driven leader.

Prior to Elavon he had positions with MasterCard International, Smith Barney and National Data Company in roles relating to sales and servicing of financial institutions.

He graduated from Villanova University with a bachelors of science in business administration and received an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Before joining Elavon, Mr. Ziglar was an investment banker with Raymond James & Associates, covering the financial technology and business process outsourcing industries. He also served as Director of Global Technology Alliances for webMethods, Inc. where he developed new distribution channels for the Company, and negotiated and managed strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to webMethods, Mr. Ziglar served as Vice President of Development for AllAdvantage.com, a venture backed Bay Area technology company. He has held investment banking positions with Montgomery Securities, NationsBank and Interstate/Johnson Lane. Currently, he serves on the Executive Committee for the MIT Enterprise Forum of Atlanta.

Mr. Ziglar is a graduate of Princeton University and holds a J.D. from The Emory School of Law, with a certificate in Technology Commercialization.
