Complaint & Escalation Process
How to File a Complaint
In order for our customer solutions officers to provide an accurate and timely response, please follow each step outlined below:
- Complaints must be in writing and submitted via our on-line complaints form or posted to our head office at the below address.
- Mark all complaints: "Complaint: Merchant Identification Number", e.g. “Complaint: Mid No. 10000001”.
- Be short and to the point and provide all important events or facts that have a bearing on the complaint.
- Provide copies of all documents that have a relevance to the complaint (i.e. statements, charges, previous correspondence).
- Provide proof of any losses sustained.
- Specify the solution / remedial action to solve the complaint.
