American Airlines Selects NOVA Information Systems For Credit Card Processing

Airline Chooses NOVA for Processing and Customer Support Services

ATLANTA - 16 April 2007 - NOVA Information Systems (NOVA), a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB), today announced that American Airlines (NYSE: AMR) has entered into a multi-year credit card processing services agreement for its domestic bankcard business. In addition to performing all clearing and settlement functions, NOVA will provide a full range of services, including customer support and chargeback processing.
