Terms and Conditions
- This relief effort is valid for new Elavon customers that sign up to either 1) talech software starter, standard, premium or online ordering or 2) Converge Next Gen or Next Gen with Tokens from March 26, 2020 through September 30, 2020.
- This relief effort is valid for existing Elavon customers that upgrade to 1) talech online ordering or 2) Converge Next Gen or Next Gen with Tokens from March 26, 2020 through September 30, 2020.
talech Getting Started
- One time set-up fee of $199 will be waived
talech Starter
- Monthly charge of $29/month for first and additional device software fees will begin billing in October 2020. talech Online Ordering is not available on Starter. User must upgrade to Standard or Premium to receive Online Ordering.
talech Standard
- Standard monthly charge of $69/month for first device and $29/month for additional devices. Software fees will begin billing in October 2020.
- Monthly charge of $49/month for talech Online Ordering will begin billing in October 2020.
talech Premium
- Standard monthly charge of $99/month for first device and $29/month for additional devices. Software fees will begin billing in October 2020.
- talech Online Ordering included at no additional charge for talech Premium customers.
Converge
- Standard monthly charge of $10/month will begin billing in October 2020.
Converge with Tokens
- Standard monthly charge of $29/month will begin billing in October 2020.
- During this relief effort, all card network interchange, assessments, annual, chargeback, voice authorization, monthly service or minimum monthly fees and other per transaction fees will be collected.
- Clear & Simple pricing program has a $10 or $30 monthly program fee (depending on processing volume). Offers can vary by customer pricing programs.
- Cannot be combined with another offer.
- Elavon reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the relief efforts at any time.
