Getting started is easy.

  • Payments information is reported on your bank statements and through Elavon Merchant Connect.
  • Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) are available for download from an online portal managed by ECHO Health in coordination with Change Healthcare.

Payment Information

You will see payments information reported on your bank statements. In addition you can look up payment details including date and amount in Elavon Merchant Connect. If you do not currently use Merchant Connect, it’s simple and free to register. Go to www.merchantconnect.com and click on the register link below the log-in located in the upper right corner.

Merchant Connect does not offer any remittance (ERA) and payer information. Elavon is not allowed to manage and store Patient Protected Health Information (PHI) which is why you will need to access ERAs through ECHO Health.

Remittance Advices (ERAs)

ECHO Health adopted Transend Pay as a means for their payers to deliver payments to providers. Remittance advices (ERAs) for Transend Pay payments are made available through the ECHO Health provider payments portal. The portal is located at www.providerpayments.com. A user guide for the ECHO Provider Payments portal is available in the FAQ section of this website.

If you do not have access to the ECHO Health portal, please visit www.providerpayments.com to request access. There is a link to a registration form on the main home page where you can submit a request. If you encounter problems with registration, please contact ECHO Health for support at 1-888-834-3511.

If you have access to Change Healthcare’s Payment Manager portal, you can also view your ERAs in that system.

Sign up for email alerts

The ECHO Provider Payments portal allows you to set-up email alerts. Next time you log into the ECHO Health portal, we recommend signing up for email alerts if you have not already. The email alerts notify you when a new ERA is available, which also indicates that the related claim payment has been deposited to your account.

Contact Elavon support for questions about payments deposited to your account, or Merchant Connect at 1-855-806-1394.
