Mr. Kotwal is Vice Chairman, Payment Services, of U.S. Bancorp. Appointed to the position in March, 2015, he brings 26 years’ experience in International Financial Services and has managed a number of businesses including Consumer Banking, Payments & Cards, Wealth Management, Insurance, Mortgages, Deposits and Lending in 30 different countries across North and South America, Asia Pacific and Europe. Prior to his appointment, Kotwal served as Executive Vice President, Retail Banking Products and Services with TD Bank Group and also served as President, International for EFD│eFunds Corporation, a leader in electronic payment processing. For 18 years his impressive career at American Express included various senior management positions at American Express in New York, Europe and Asia Pacific, including divisional CFO and Executive Director & Region Head. Kotwal is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance.
Chief Executive Officer
As chief executive officer Jamie Walker is responsible for Elavon’s global acquiring business, leading more than 4,000 employees in the United States, Canada, Mexico and throughout Europe.
Since joining Elavon in 2001, Walker has expanded his role and responsibilities by driving the vision and setting the strategy for the company to achieve solid results. From managing complex initiatives, including acquisitions and international expansion in his role as Chief Financial Officer for Elavon, to assessing risk and opportunities for sustainable, strategic growth in his role as Chief Administrative Officer for U.S. Bank’s Payment Services division, Walker has continually set his sights on how to help Elavon and U.S. Bank succeed.
Walker holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in accounting and marketing from Emory University and remains an active member in the Atlanta community.
Chief Administrative Officer
As Chief Administrative Officer, Racy Morgan is responsible for leading and executing change management, enterprise project management, business intelligence, learning and development and the customer and employee experience across Elavon. Prior to this role, she was head of payments strategy and execution for U.S. Bank’s Payment Services division.
Morgan has been driving vision and setting the strategy to achieve solid results for many multi-national clients over past 19 years. She has an extensive background in strategy, analytics, product, operations, technology and data in her former roles as head of strategy and analytics of sales and marketing for IHG, and as a consultant to the engagement leader for KPMG/BearingPoint/PWC.
In 2017, Morgan was recognized as one of the Most Influential Women in Payments by PaymentsSource.
President, North America and Global Revenue, Elavon
Guy Harris serves as the President of North America and Global Revenue for Elavon. He has direct responsibility for the leadership of Elavon in North America, where he oversees strategy, profit and loss and growth. In addition, Harris is responsible for global revenue and growth across the business in Europe and North America. Under his leadership the past four years, Elavon has experienced strong revenue growth and a 65% increase in sales. He was formerly the Managing Director of Western, Central and Southern Europe, Elavon. During that time the business in Europe accomplished 15% annual revenue growth through a value-based, customer-focused approach. Prior to joining Elavon, Guy headed up global sales for Misys, a leading global supplier of bank IT solutions where he successfully transformed the sales team structure and improved profitability. He also directed sales for a multi-channel banking software provider, delivering a 50% increase in sales over a two-year period. Guy holds an Ordinary National Diploma in Business Studies from Kingston College.
Chief Product Officer
Wally Mlynarski leads global product and innovation for Elavon. He is focused on delivering market-leading payment and commerce solutions to the company's markets in North America and across Europe. Most recently, Wally headed up the Mobile and Omni Commerce division at Elavon providing mobile payment acceptance, mobile payment and supporting commerce solutions to the market for merchants and partners globally. He launched The Grove at Elavon, an innovation center that is focused on harvesting innovation in and around payments to help merchants grow their business.
Mlynarski has over 12 years of experience in developing, delivering, and supporting industry leading mobile and enterprise product portfolios. He received a degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Computer Engineering.
Chief Strategy Officer
Elavon’s Chief Strategy Officer, Brian Mahony has global responsibility for Strategic Planning, Product & Innovation, Customer Experience and Corporate Marketing. Prior to Elavon, Brian worked as a consultant for Vision Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In these roles, he helped executive teams refine strategy, and delivered business and technology programs in the finance, entertainment, and high tech business sectors. Brian holds a Bachelor of Engineering from University College Cork and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University.
General Manager, Elavon Europe
Hannah Fitzsimons has over 20 years’ experience in the European payments industry, providing outstanding leadership to high performing sales and customer management teams. Hannah joined Elavon 11 years ago as Head of International Sales and in 2011, her significant achievements in that role were recognised by her appointment as European Business Development Director. She subsequently served as Country Manager for the UK and International Corporate business, leading more than 120 employees and taking on responsibility for strategy, revenue and business execution across the largest market and revenue centre in our European business.
Hannah is currently acting as General Manager, Europe, where she is responsible for driving growth in regional performance, provides functional leadership to the European Board and represents Elavon Europe on the Senior Leadership Team. Hannah is committed to personal development for all Elavon Europe employees, and this year she’s participating in the Accelerated Development Programme at London Business School. She provides support to a number of our community partners in the London office and is also an active member of Women Leaders in Action.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer at Elavon, Brad Herring leads the company’s global finance organization, which includes Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Settlement and Billing, and Corporate Development. Before assuming his current position, Brad was the CFO of the Digital Banking Group for Fiserv overseeing the financial aspects of Fiserv’s online banking and online payment businesses. Prior to Fiserv, Brad has held leadership positions in Finance and Operations at Equifax, Delta Air Lines and ING. Brad has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
As Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Mindy Doster oversees Elavon’s Global Legal Department comprised of attorneys in the United States and the United Kingdom. Prior to Elavon, Mindy worked at Long, Aldridge & Norman, as an associate and as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert L. Vining, Jr., Senior U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia. Mindy’s community involvement activities include work with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Pro Bono Partnership Atlanta. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University and a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, Tom Phillips has global responsibility for all aspects of technology, including application development, architecture, infrastructure operations and security. Prior to joining Elavon in 2013, Tom spent 20 years working internationally with Citibank in Asia Pacific and Europe, where he held senior roles in consumer banking technology. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and German from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona.
